The Harris-Fort Bend Counties Municipal Utility District No. 3 Board of Directors cordially invites you to our Resident Awareness and Educational Open House to discuss the upcoming November 4, 2025 bond authorization election.

The Open House will feature exhibits showing the project and rehabilitation goals of the District to be completed if so approved by the voters. When: Wednesday, October 22nd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Where: 24285 Katy Fwy, Katy, TX 77494 in the Training/Conference Room on the 3rd Floor of the western building at Katy Ranch Offices

Parking:

There is a parking garage that serves the two buildings at that complex. Residents should enter the North entrance and go to the 3rd floor where there is a skywalk into the building. The Training Room is immediately available there when you walk in.

The District has implemented an email and text alert system for the residents of Harris-Fort Bend Counties Municipal Utility District No. 3. This system is designed to keep you informed of issues related to the District in a quick and timely manner. You may receive messages in either email or text alert format, or both, related to the water service in the District, drainage and sewer related topics, and other news that is relevant to the District.

The email alerts that you may receive will contain the majority of the relevant information and may occasionally direct you back to the District’s website for more details.

Text message notifications will contain a short amount of information with a link back to the District’s website where the remainder of the information can be viewed.
